Brownie's with 100% Hoja Verde chocolate

Ingredients:
– 80 grams (1 bar) of 100% Hoja Verde chocolate
– 200 grams of butter
– 6 eggs
– 400 grams of sugar or another sweetener
– 180 grams of flour
– 1 teaspoon yeast
– ½ cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:
– Mix the eggs and sugar
– Add butter (for example softened in the microwave)
– Add the chocolate melt au bain-marie
– Add the flour and the yeast
– And finally the chopped walnuts
– Mix everything very well
– Then put it in a greased baking tin
– Then bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180o Celsius
