The story of MIRA Ají
Mauricio Dávalos of MIRA Naturals has the principle to reuse everything. So the avocado plants are wetted with wastewater from the oil production. This wastewater contains particles avocado oil and pulp, which breaks off the excess salt in the ground. Logical it is that the Ecuadorian Rococo Chile peppers that have been in Chile Breeze avocado oil, are also reused. After drying of these peppers they are ground into powder to which are added garlic powder and sea salt. This spicy herbs mixture is 100% natural, without preservatives, anti-clumping agents and dyes.
