Vélez coffee comes from different geographical areas of Ecuador. Each coffee has its own climate and soil, which give the coffee its specific aroma and flavor.

Yumbo

  • Arabica, at an altitude of 1300 – 1800 meters above sea level
  • fine selection of the best coffees in the northwest of the province of Pichincha
  • in a mountainous and volcanic area where the legendary Yumbos live
  • varieties: Caturra, Típica, Bourbon and Pacamara
  • high aroma and acidity, medium body

  • Arabica, at an altitude of 1200 – 1600 meters above sea level
  • from the traditional coffee region of Ecuador; the province of Loja
  • very consistent
  • smooth and round in the mouth, easy to drink
  • very aromatic

  • high aroma and acidity, medium body

Rio Intag

  • Arabica, at an altitude of 1300 – 1700 meters above sea level
  • grown and harvested under very high standards by collaborating with farmers of the Association AACRI = Asociación Agroartesanal de Caficultores Río Intag

  • varieties: Caturra, Típica
  • high aroma, medium to high acidity, medium body
  • not available in large quantities
